Didier Gardillou porcelain lettuce box, a figural trinket box shaped like a head of lettuce. The hand-painted leaves are layered in shades of deep green and pale yellow-green with realistic veining and ruffled edges, and the top lifts off as a lid. A charming collectible from the French porcelain maker, lovely on a vanity, kitchen shelf, or table as a botanical accent. Pre-owned in good condition; please see photos for details.
