Signed swirl glass pen holder, an art glass piece with a clear rounded body containing a swirling cobalt blue and white design, topped by a sculpted cobalt blue loop. The heavy glass doubles as a paperweight and a pen holder. A beautiful, functional accent for a desk or office, and a great gift for art glass collectors. Pre-owned in good condition; please see photos for details.
